In order to use the TrainWise health integration, you will need to allow app permissions and your smartwatch/fitness tracker must be worn while working out in order to send data to the respective health app.
When you have installed TrainWise and signed up by entering your profile details, the app will ask you to allow permissions for the health integration; please allow these.
If you have not allowed the TrainWise app permissions or you have done so and the integration isn’t working, please see below for how this can be done post-signup:
iOS:
- Settings.
- Privacy
- Health
- Select the TrainWise app
- Allow TrainWise to read all data
Android:
- Settings
- Apps
- Find and select TrainWise in the app list
- Permissions
- Select physical activity
- Select allow
